I Wanted something similar to the DBmethod workout machine, but didn’t want to spend $280! This was a LOT more inexpensive so had my doubts, but OMGoodness, I could work out on this all day! It’s not difficult and kinda fun while watching TV, then the burn sets in afterwards… and that’s how I knew it was really working! Came with an amazingly thick nice mat and stretch bands for your legs and arms. I worked my arms last night while squatting, and yes I am sore today! I thought it was too easy to actually make a difference. Very very impressed!! One Third the price of DB! Heck yeah!!!!!
